CANo accountability, bad support This has been an extremely useful solution for business mailing. Their prices are competitive and love that they save card on file and you can either top up or pay as you go. My 3 stars is because of customer service. Most u helpful experience! I contacted them when certified mail was delivered to wrong zip code. They completely dismissed the concern like it was not a big deal (it's yoour one job to get a letter to address provided!!) And when I asked to be refunded to resend, they said contact USPS. That's again completely dismissive and lack of accountability because I didn't pay USPS, I paid them and they fully know only the payor can get a refund from USPS. We will likely continue using this service for regular mail but they have proven they can't be trusted for more important jobs.
