Laptop Returned with Damage My mother brought her laptop in for a charging repair, when the laptop was returned the charger worked perfectly fine, however the side appears to have been pried open with some sort of unorthodox tool, and the screen flickers on and off unless you apply pressure to specific locations on the device. I brought this to the owner's attention about a month later first with a phone call, stating the previous information, and then secondly I brought the laptop in twice physically, once and it happened to work in that moment, a second time in order to attempt to remedy the issue. When I stated it was not in this condition before the charging repair, and that I would like reimbursement or a correct repair, he began to raise his voice in anger, after this interaction I lost hope for any kind of remedy, and told him "This will reflect on your business." and he once more began to raise his voice at me, this continued on for a few minutes until we said goodbye, and I called him to finalize my information and give it one last shot at a diplomatic solution, he then yelled again, and hung up on me. I called one last time hoping for a peaceful solution, in which he threatened to call the police on me for harassment. At that point I began to write this review and he called me this time, basically hoping I would accept his offer, to which I respectfully declined and he hung up on me shortly after. Yes I should have gone in sooner, however I am a full-time college student and work Saturdays leaving Sunday my only option, however the business is closed that day. My family members could not bring it in as we live very busy lives and around the same time the laptop was returned personal issues arose. I did not have my paperwork with me once again due to it getting lost in our busy lifestyles, but that does not constitute yelling at a customer (in front of two other witnesses, a customer and a FedEx delivery driver), nor does it constitute the lack of help during this interaction, I highly recommend you DO NOT go to this man for service.
