Since our supplier started using this company for our shipments sourced from Turkey, we have been facing one issue after another. Particularly, we discovered that our products, especially those sent to Canada, were stuck in customs because they attached different invoices without notifying the supplier. We asked our supplier to resolve this issue, and they claimed to have contacted the company, assuring us that it would be sorted out. However, in the end, nothing was done. We eventually lost hope in the goods and had to prove to customs here that the products were indeed ours. This company, on the other hand, assures our supplier that they will help, takes the necessary documents, but does nothing and keeps asking for the same documents repeatedly. Despite their promises, there is no resolution in sight. Finally, our supplier added us to the email chain, and after understanding the problem ourselves, we resolved it here. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company if possible
