GBAPS Fullfilment Inc is a nightmare… APS Fullfilment Inc is a nightmare company to work with. Just read all the negative feedbacks here, they all describe exactly my issues with the company. I wish I paid attention to those reviews when I signed up with them. Expect hidden , unexpected fees each time on each invoice and rude answers once you express your concerns. Jack Lombardi, the director of business operations and my main contact, sounded really nice when they signed me up. However, later was extremely rude and unwilling to help. They sweet talk you once they want your business but completely ignore and disrespect once they have it. Just beware. When a company has mostly just 1 star and 5 star reviews, there is a big change that those 5 star ones are fake ones to improve the ratings. At least when I read the reviews, all 1 star reviews sound like exactly my experiences. It has been over a year since I moved from them to another fulfillment warehouse and I am so much more happier. So save yourself a huge headache and avoid APS Fulfillment Inc. If there was an option 0 stars, it would be my rating.
