I ordered custom print poly mailer bagsā€¦ I ordered custom print poly mailer bags from Plus Packaging and sent a proof I approved. When the bags arrived, the design on the back of the bag was printed on the front, there were numerous spots and streaks and peeling as well as spaces on the bags that had no print on them at all. I wrote to Plus Packaging immediately to tell them this and attached pictures of the bags. Donna J. Tomko, the person I was corresponding to, asked me to mail some of the bags to them so they could make an assessment. I send 25 or more bags back to them. When I did, I received an email from Lee Dornfield who told me the bags were "within specifications" and flood coating on plastic bags would cause variations. He told me to use the bags and I would see how strong and great they were. I responded that the DESIGN was the main issue but the print job was also horribly done. Two days later, after I didn't receive a response, I asked for a refund. I was told no by Lee Dornfield, who has the title President (a typo actually Preident) under his name in the email, with no explanation why I could not get a refund. I also told him I would look into taking legal action against the company as well as ask my bank to issue a charge back. Lee Dornfield replied that he called and I did not aswer, as I work during the day, and that he would talk to me about the quality of Plus Packaging's bags. He also told me he has won cases with people "like you" before and won. He told me I would not win with the credit card company and told me to call him. I emailed him again to point out the issue wasn't the quality of the actual bags but the horrible print job and the fact that they had messed up my design. I asked them to refund my money once again only to be told I would lose my case.
