Not Responsive I expected to get multiple responses per my shared details...I received one response asking for the details that I had already been asked to create my query.

C'mon guys... After taking the time to fill in all the information, it was found that there were no movers in the area which were vetted. The closest ones were 2 states away. Please consider putting in a filter beforehand to either not display this offer based on zip code, or have the person fill in their zip code right at the beginning and see if there are choices available before they have to fill everything in.

Unsafe Do not use. Ripped off by movers they recommend. Gave false estimate! Payed double what was quoted. Showed up late, unprofessional, broke furniture, I felt unsafe, wouldn’t unload until I paid in full.

Only 1 out of the 5 movers I selected… Only 1 out of the 5 movers I selected reached out to provide a quote. Loved the fellow who I spoke with but I was hoping for more than 1 option so I could shop around a bit. I thought that was the purpose of using a tool like this. Either way, I'm most likely going with the company that contacted me but I'd have liked more to consider.

I found a mover and happy with my choice I found out about Move Matcher from my apartment community manager. The process was simple. I entered my information, criteria and Move Matcher presented best matches for my move. I like the fact that movers were listed based on rating. Some movers included hourly rates and other included licensing credentials. You also have the option of sending a single move quote email to all movers instead of having to reach out individually. I was able to find a mover through this service and I am happy with my choice.
