Bought a clearance package .the picture… Bought a clearance package .the picture showed 4 items for 10$ I ordered received 1 mini garbage knife .it’s not sharp and won’t lock total crock plus they send toys that they call knives

I never received what I purchased I never received what I purchased. Customer service has to be until the end. I had to call several times the shipping company and customs. I couldn't get my package. You never help. I lost my money and time

An "Italian Stiletto" isn't anymore guaranteed to be made in Italy than a "Swedish meatball" is guaranteed to be made in Sweden. If you want an Italian MADE stiletto, you ought to be looking for those words in the ad. It is up to the buyer to know what are buying. You're not going to get a $5,000 knife for $49.99..
