GBThey are a nightmare They are a nightmare! Missed collections, council fines to pay because of them and on top of everything you need to chase them even to get a reply! Just useless! a waste of time and resources! Choose some other company!

GBDreadful Dreadful. Rude customer service when you want to leave, not helpful when you have queries during contract. Also much more expensive than going direct. Avoid getting tied in with a contract with these guys, they just want your money and once signed up not helpful and make it very hard to leave and go elsewhere.
