USARMANI is a scam artist! If I receive my refund I will gladly modify my review!!!!!! The car was delivered 5 days after the agreed date. I inquired about my $100.00 refund. There was a discrepancy with the contract the driver had which stated he would receive $500.00 CASH ON DELIVERY and the contract I signed stated I would pay $400.00 CASH ON DELIVERY, the driver called me and Transport Specialist Mr. Armani to clarify this mistake, the driver stated his contract said $500.00 and he expected $500.00 COD Mr. Armani then stated that he would credit my debit card $100.00 for the error and I would see it in my acct in 2-3 days.That was back in August 2016! I emailesd Accounting department back on September 2, 2016 and still waiting for a response, I been emailing and calling and no answer......DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

USDO NOT USE! Paid $75 Broker fee but no one showed up to pick up our car at the contracted time and place. After digging around I found a LOT of negative reviews about them and managed to get my money back through a credit card dispute. I was never contacted and updated on the status of our contracted agreement. I left another review on www.transportreviews dot com and was subsequently contacted and told they had challenged my review and stated that I was never a customer. So, not only are they unprofessional but they are also dishonest. AVOID them at all costs. They will lowball an estimate, grab a $75 broker fee and ignore you.

USYour car is not insured BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! They represent that your car is covered for damage. Not the case at all. My car was damaged during shipping and the carrier they used did not have insurance. The represented that all their carriers are insured. I am out over $800 and all they tell me is they cant help. There are to many choices in the market to use a bad company like this DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

LVThanks Passage ! My car just arrived from across the country. Its in great condition and he driver was super nice. Passage Auto went out of their way to accommodate me and to make sure I received my car on time so I can drive to work tomorrow. I'm not gonna lie I was nervous about the whole process and didn't think it was possible to get my car here in such tight time frames, but they did it! I'm very grateful. Thanks so much!

USworst of the worst this company is thief and they don't care. they took my money and they couldn't pick my car. also they did not return my money back. they are worst company I ever work with.
