I placed an order and paid for it on… I placed an order and paid for it on the 20th February 2024. The website indicated that the order would be shipped after the 19th February 2024 and it would take 2 to 5 working days. I sent an email querying the progress of my email on the 4th March 2024. On the 12th March 2024 I received the following response "I will look into this and get back to you.". Since then I have sent a follow up email on the 18th March 2024.
