I do NOT recommend the CLARKSVILLE TN… I do NOT recommend the CLARKSVILLE TN team! They do not know how to assess a client's needs, schedule clients or communicate and they blame their customers for their incompetence. I had a move for Thursday, April 25th - I took off of work and was expecting a call between 12-2. First I'm told the move will be delayed for a few hours - then I'm rescheduled for the weekend. No phone call from them - I had to call them to get a status. I'm held in limbo on Saturday and it has to be rescheduled to Sunday - and was told I'd be the first to be dispatched. Sunday 10 am - no call. I call them - they are already dispatched to another client. I'm told it's a 'quick' move. I hear nothing until 8pm from an unknown number - I don't answer. Monday comes around - no call from the manager. In the meantime, I'm out another month's rent on my storage unit because they don't know how to run a business.

The team was great! The team was great! Quick, efficient, and polite. Being a Pilates instructor that works from home, I have heavy, expensive equipment. I appreciated how careful they were and diligent in making sure things were set up properly.

Texas to Arizona move… Management was disappointing and disconnected. But the lead project manager, Marco and his crew were beyond expectations! They packed carefully and thoughtfully. The actual move was outstanding! The paperwork, not so much, but Marco jumped in and assisted as our advocate. The move went wonderfully, because of the crew!!!

Curtis Branham & Cyprian Thomas did an… Curtis Branham & Cyprian Thomas broke my dresser and my desk and didn’t tell me! The guys were really nice I believe they are trained to not tell you when things are broken so they don’t get in trouble. The quote that I received on three different occasions prior to them coming was half the amount that they tried to charge me at the end. They did work with me and drop the price down to what was affordable to me at the time, but it was very deceitful that my items were broken and they didn’t even tell me. So the discount that they claim to give me was really paying for my broken items. They also kept my TV on the truck until after I paid as if I was going to be deceitful and not pay them. However they broke my stuff and were deceitful and did not tell me that is bad business. You can’t expect to keep people’s stuff until they pay you but not tell them that you’ve broken their stuff. The things that were broken were not high in value, but the desk was very sentimental to me, and there is no repairing it. Because these guys were so nice, I was gonna hire you guys back to do another job for me, but I won’t be hiring you guys ever again!

Desiree,Snow Desiree,Snow, Josue were amazing team very friendly, quick ,efficient , with the moving process they asked questions if they didn't know answers to. They were very careful with each piece of my furniture they are a great team to have!
