GBProbably the worst delivery service… Probably the worst delivery service ever, had to take a day off work as they sent me a message that my delivery was coming a day early, guess what.... It didn't arrive, website says its out for delivery today so 2nd day off work (2 days annual leave now lost), no time stated on when it's getting delivered. So guess it's going to be another whole day at home waiting. Going by all the reviews left below I'm taking bets on if it gets delivered today. Dell have been brilliant on thier side and understand the pain.

GBItem dispatched days ago Item dispatched days ago, one website saying with local courier, but syncreon tracker saying not even been processed yet and is meant to be delivered tomorrow. Not sure if I’m getting my item from dell tomorrow as promised by Dell

GBZero communication, Zero tracking information The ETA of my order is due in two days. On the dell website, it says my order is with a local carrier already. But the tracking system's been showing "your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse" only!! And when I tried to talk to someone and change my delivery to work, they seem to be blocking every single way of communication. God knows what's going on with my order. Why am I experiencing all these stress?? Frustration only....

CHOrder was not delivered My order was due to be delivered today but nobody showed up. I even sent multiple mails to the company two days ago and asked them to please let me know in case the delivery is delayed. But I didnt even get a reply. Now I had to use one of my vacation days from work for nothing. And Im not quite sure why they even have a tracking tool as it doesnt update the status and still shows it will be delivered today. By far the worst experience with a delivery company so far.

GBTracking website is as useful as a chocolate teapot!! Tracking website it’s either slow or not updated which is completely unacceptable when used by such a big company like dell, ordered a computer on the 18th with 3-5 day delivery. It’s the 24th today and there has been not a single update on the website since I was given the tracking ( not yet processed at our warehouse). I see a lot of reviews showing the same experience and am looking for support to find my package and an accurate delivery date.
