GBTracking website is as useful as a chocolate teapot!! Tracking website it’s either slow or not updated which is completely unacceptable when used by such a big company like dell, ordered a computer on the 18th with 3-5 day delivery. It’s the 24th today and there has been not a single update on the website since I was given the tracking ( not yet processed at our warehouse). I see a lot of reviews showing the same experience and am looking for support to find my package and an accurate delivery date.

GBZero communication, Zero tracking information The ETA of my order is due in two days. On the dell website, it says my order is with a local carrier already. But the tracking system's been showing "your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse" only!! And when I tried to talk to someone and change my delivery to work, they seem to be blocking every single way of communication. God knows what's going on with my order. Why am I experiencing all these stress?? Frustration only....

GBNo updated tracker information Review update: The item was awaiting to be received by Syncroen (hence why the tracker was not updated). Once received it was passed over to DHL and successfully delivered. Great communications by both Syncroen, DHL and Dell once the issue was raised. Can't fault them. Order shipped but Dell 31st July. ETA today (03rd August) According to syncroen tracker, the item has not been processed. Can someone please contact me to find out what has happened to my item?

GBWaiting for a delivery which says due… Waiting for a delivery which says due today. Very poor tracking on website which never updates. Still has not arrived, would like to contact them but no options on their website Edit: thank you to syncreon to reaching out quickly after leaving the review. Unfortunately all they were able to tell me is they don’t have a positive response for locating the parcel. So without a laptop for another 3 weeks. Don’t understand why dell would choose to use such poor couriers, although would make sense given the CEO used to work at Dell.

GBWhy Does DELL continue to use DPD Have an email from Dell saying delivered. A receipt from DPD saying Stephen the driver delivered it! Guess what no delivery been on phone to DPD twice after 15 min wait, customer service service agent cant find order. Says I will just check something else and disconnects the call. Update: DPD delivred to wrong address nice nieghbour dropped parcel round. Never heard anything back from DPD. Dell didnhowever refund £80 for inconvenience and apologised.
