GBFix the tracker!! UPDATED ----UPDATED REVIEW---- After dealing with costumer support they were great and informed me the tracker doesn't update till the product has arrived from china, it arrived from china and I instantly got updated by them and it came on the day they set the ETA for! It would be nice if they let you know at what point the laptop was at coming from china, but overall a good experience with customer service! ----ORIGINIAL REVIEW---- Dell says it has reached the local carrier yet they say they haven’t revived it! I hope it’s just a tracker issue as I’m going to uni soon and I need the laptop asap

GBOrdered a laptop from Dell with… Ordered a laptop from Dell with estimated delivery date of 22nd to 28th March. Dell dispatched the order and it updated to an ETA of 2nd April. Dell website states it’s with local courier yet the syncreon website advises it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Spoke to fell earlier who advised it was due to on the 27th March and as I refreshed the Syncreon website it updated to delivery on the 27th. I have no idea at all what is happening with my delivery.

GBTracking website is as useful as a chocolate teapot!! Tracking website it’s either slow or not updated which is completely unacceptable when used by such a big company like dell, ordered a computer on the 18th with 3-5 day delivery. It’s the 24th today and there has been not a single update on the website since I was given the tracking ( not yet processed at our warehouse). I see a lot of reviews showing the same experience and am looking for support to find my package and an accurate delivery date.

CHOrder was not delivered My order was due to be delivered today but nobody showed up. I even sent multiple mails to the company two days ago and asked them to please let me know in case the delivery is delayed. But I didnt even get a reply. Now I had to use one of my vacation days from work for nothing. And Im not quite sure why they even have a tracking tool as it doesnt update the status and still shows it will be delivered today. By far the worst experience with a delivery company so far.

IEI've been waiting for a delivery of a Dell Desktop I've been waiting for a delivery of a Dell desktop, and keep getting the missed delivery emails. The status says "Delivery Attempted - Customer Not Home". I have certainly been home and the driver has made no attempt to deliver the parcel. When trying to dial the Syncreon phone number in the status email, the phone number isn't valid. This is a shockingly poor service. I just want to pick up my computer!
