Why Does DELL continue to use DPD Have an email from Dell saying delivered. A receipt from DPD saying Stephen the driver delivered it! Guess what no delivery been on phone to DPD twice after 15 min wait, customer service service agent cant find order. Says I will just check something else and disconnects the call. Update: DPD delivred to wrong address nice nieghbour dropped parcel round. Never heard anything back from DPD. Dell didnhowever refund £80 for inconvenience and apologised.

Unhappy customer - not enough delivery info Another unhappy customer who can't see what's going on with my Dell laptop delivery. Dell email said to be at home ready to accept delivery 3 days ago. No delivery. No updates. If you're reading this syncreon agents - please help!

Disgusting Courier Like everyone else writing a review, I placed an order for a Dell Desktop on the 19th November. Delivery was confirmed for the 26th November and nothing came. I then spoke to Dell who confirmed the 29th and what a surprise nothing came. Delivery has been arranged for today, however after speaking to Dell to confirm today’s date, it AGAIN has been delayed by the courier. Can someone please sort this disgusting service out?

Zero communication, Zero tracking information The ETA of my order is due in two days. On the dell website, it says my order is with a local carrier already. But the tracking system's been showing "your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse" only!! And when I tried to talk to someone and change my delivery to work, they seem to be blocking every single way of communication. God knows what's going on with my order. Why am I experiencing all these stress?? Frustration only....

Ordered a laptop from Dell with… Ordered a laptop from Dell with estimated delivery date of 22nd to 28th March. Dell dispatched the order and it updated to an ETA of 2nd April. Dell website states it’s with local courier yet the syncreon website advises it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Spoke to fell earlier who advised it was due to on the 27th March and as I refreshed the Syncreon website it updated to delivery on the 27th. I have no idea at all what is happening with my delivery.
