Rude behavior not torerated I called just for information and they quickly said that the were not servicing my area at this time they interrupted me mid sentence and the hung on me , absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Again HORRIBLE!!! , don`t waste your time. I wouldnt even have given a one star but had to put at least one to write a review!

They had hidden charges and put them on my credit card without my approval . Will never use them again and will tel all I know not to....

Fast professional and reccomended the right size dumpster I called around to a few places to get pricing for a 30 yard dumpster and two of the three places didn't even answer the phone. I called Big Dumpster and the guy I spoke with asked me what I was using the dumpster for. I told him I was cleaning out my garage. He told me I only needed a 20 yard dumpster. When i finished, everything fit perfectly in the bin. I called back and they it picked up right away. I'm not sure when I'll need a dumpster again, but I would recommend them.

misleading The website shows sizes and prices for dumpsters that they don't carry. After not receiving the size dumpster I order. I called and was informed that several of the sizes and prices on the website wasn't available. This company doesn't even have dumpsters, they increase the price and contract the work out to other companies.. they were unwilling to make my situation right. Don't use this company

Great service, but price was higher than quoted Dumpster came when they said and was picked up when they said. The price showed up higher on my charge card than I was quoted though.
