USPS is complete trash USPS is complete trash. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on April 15th. By the 20th the package is lost, possibly stolen. No clue of tracking information updated its still is the next facility whatever next facility means. However, I do know I don't have my package, had to get a refund, and my package still in the air somewhere. The USPS Director is trash too. Cannot contact anyone and USPS is also not hiring. The chat now button doesn't work, the number asks you the same question about a package with absolutely no follow-up. None. I've filled out everything with no email or results.

Lost Easter package Mailed my son's easter package on March 25th. Was to be delivered in 2 days. Today is April 10th, package was last scanned in Detroit, the first distribution center, on March 25th!!! Was never delivered. Tracking indicates "in transit" to next facility from Detroit!! I'm assuming it was stolen, lost, or who knows where it is at this point. It was marked "perishable" all over the box. Terrible run government organization!

I got a notification stating that my… I got a notification stating that my package is out for delivery, That was 9:00Am this morning. It is now 6:09 pm. and still no package and I watch the mailman leave the complex. Why bother sending a notification if you're not going to deliver packages? Sometimes the mail person don't until after 7 pm

USPS threw away a package that I wrote Return to Sender on claiming that it was undeliverable. USPS threw away a package that I wrote Return to Sender on. The package was sent via UPS to me from Garrett Wade and was a jar opener for $30.00. I realized after ordering it that I had already purchased one a year earlier so I attempted to cancel the order but it had already been sent. I was advised by GW to simply Return it without opening. I personally handed it to my letter carrier who said that it would be placed in a UPS bin as part of Carrier Agreement for them to return to GW as it also had a USPS code. But after 7 to 10 days I did not hear from GW. Upon tacking the USPS code the message was that the package could not be delivered to the Sender or returned to the recipient and was "Disposed Of." Upon calling 1 800 ASK USPS I was told that "USPS disposes of packages all the time. She said that it was "undeliverable" to either party and they simply threw it away. BUT USPS WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PLACED INTO A UPS BIN FOR UPS TO DELIVER IT BACK TO THE SENDER. USPS told me that that they are not responsible for the cost of the item because it was not insured. And to add insult to injury there seems to be no way for me to even find out who the PostMaster is or how to speak to him as none of their policy pertains to unopened packages being returned.
