GBI wish I could give negative stars-SCAM AND THEIFS I wish I could give negative stars. This is the second time now that a delivery has gone through them and while I’m SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM has gone from “out for delivery” to “delivery attempted, undeliverable.” I’m literally watching Amazon, UPS and USPS trucks on my street right now so that is the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. They did yesterday and today this go around. I never got my last packages a few months ago either. There’s zero way to contact them, so I’m convinced they are running a scam to steal peoples packages.

GBThis is the worst company This is the worst company. My order was never received. They sent me pictures about the delivery, but we I come home, I don't see my package, it was stolen. They could leave it in the mailbox, but they didn't. And now I wasted money and time, because that was an important company. If I could review this company with zero, I would do it, but I cannot.

GBZERO STARS IF I COULD I placed an order with SHEIN on April 13, products I needed for 4/27. I purposely filled my cart so that I can get expedited shipping. My delivery window said Aug 21-22. I opted to have the items sent to my workplace since I have no safe space at home and I'd obviously be at work. SpeedX attempted the delivery on Sunday Aug 21. Okay, nbd I expected them to attempt delivery the next business day like other couriers do. Come Monday, nothing. I reach out to their "team" several times, providing my work hours to a Jessie. No attempt on Tuesday, even said it went back to their "designated facility" in NY, I'm in MA. I reach out AGAIN, Jessie asked me the same questions and gave me the exact same response as the first time I reached out. 2 days later on April 24 they attempt a delivery at 9:04pm even after I provided my hours THREE TIMES at this point, and getting the same response from Jessie every time. I see an attempt Aug 25 at 5:55am....seriously??? I reach out AGAIN and at this point even reached out to SHEIN and they told me they're coordinating with the logistics team to have my stuff sent to me asap. Today on Aug 26, I see another failed attempt due to closed premises which is complete garbage. My work place was open and I even checked security cameras, nobody came by. I complained to SHEIN again and demanded a refund but they told me I'd have to wait for next Tuesday April 30 to see if I receive my stuff first. At this point, I'm ready to file a chargeback. I am now hesitant on spending my money at SHEIN if I have to play this cat and mouse game. It's ridiculous that SpeedX has no customer service team or number to contact. You can only reach out via their chatbot and "they" respond hours later with irrelevant help.

GBSpeedX appears to be a scam SpeedX appears to be a scam. You cannot contact anyone and I'm sure that is by design. They have been "unable" to deliver a package for three weeks. They do not respond to inquiries. As others have mentioned, if you are trying to purchase from a company who uses them, CANCEL your order and shop elsewhere.
