The first thing of importance is that a…human being answers the phone. I really appreciate that you have a contact phone number on your website and when I call a human being answers your phone!!! And there's a friendly voice on the other end. So novel these days. Kathy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt like she was there for me, not to see how fast she could answer the question and get onto something else. She was there in the present moment. A rare occurrence these. She is a gem. If there were 10 similar companies that sold similar products, I would still choose PureBulk for the simple fact of personal service, not a ROBOT!!! Thank you.
