USShady as the Rest I agree that the process was easy and the provider seemed to care. Just be VERY aware that this a monthly subscription like all the others and you will be charged even if the medicine makes you sick so you choose not to make an appointment to reorder. And they are not crediting back even if you received no product. Ridiculous.

USThey suck They suck. No respect for the customer's time. It takes weeks to get a teledoc appointment once your labs are done. They don't send you the labs before the appointment. In my case, they cancelled the onlineappointment without telling me and I waited online a half and hour and NO ONE showed up. So many other online TRT and GLP-1 clinics out there. They said call back to reschedule. There was a mixup. Avoid Henrymeds.
