I wanted a product (25 year old… I wanted a product (25 year old Balsamic Vinegar that I can only find at the Shoppe) for Christmas presents. I easily ordered on line, and had the vinegar in hand in 2 days. Shipping was reasonably priced so I was OK with having it sent to me. Easy, good, reasonably priced, great customer experience. Online orders are immediately responded to. In person, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. So many wonderful products to view. You cannot go wrong with any product that is offered.

This is a great tea shop where the… This is a great tea shop where the people know about the teas - more than just surface knowledge, they really understand the tea, brewing, and the different varieties. The people there drink tea! They also have a tremendous variety that would please anyone.

Wonderful spices and tea; great service Mail order service is prompt and accurate. I'm hooked on British Baking Spices, so I now buy all of my herbs and spices from The Spice & Tea Shoppe, even though I live two states away. I did have an opportunity to visit the shop in person in June and found the staff warm, helpful and delightful.

I love going into the Reno store I love going into the Reno store, the atmosphere is inviting with a well organized, expansive inventory and the shop is filled with a special aroma that invites browsing.
