GBI was not informed when the item was… I was not informed when the item was shipped so I could not track it. Fortunately my neighbor was able to accept the package since I was out of town. Bad communication from Hedgeapple!

GBHedgeapple is not asleep at the wheel. I provided a PO Box delivery address, and I was contacted within 24 hours and asked for a street address so UPS delivery could be completed. I am involved with 2 other companies right now who tried to ship to my PO Box via UPS. Of course, the packages were returned and now I am struggling to get refunds. Bravo to Hedgeapple for being able to catch address issues before they become stubborn problems for shipper and customer alike!! Also, the item I ordered is lovely and I am completely satisfied.

GBShipping was supposed to be 7 to 10… Shipping was supposed to be 7 to 10 business days, unfortunately this is going to take up to close to a month. I would have probably purchased this couch from another supplier or found something else if I would not have been so mislead. Hopefully the wait is worth it.

GBREVISED review I initially left a low rating because the bowl that I received had flaws. Hedgeapple proactively reached out to me and made it right by sending me a new bowl in perfect condition. This is a company who takes customer service seriously. I will buy from them again.

GBHow a 5 star company handles your purchase and return... I was so pleased with the way this company, Megan in particular, handled my return. They were so nice and accommodating were very understanding of my concerns and the reasons why I preferred to return my purchase. It was just so easy! This is the way you want a company to be and this is the company you want to use when you shop!
