GBUnreliable They took my order, and charged me. Despite knowing they couldn't fulfill my order. Yet, they are procrastinating when it comes to refunding me. *Most of their response is simply untrue. Even now, they still have not even removed the hold on the payment.

GBVery responsive company Very responsive company, good customer service. I had an issue on an order which is my mistake but they processed a refund anyway.

GBGreat customer support The purchase took some time because of the supplier procedures and I totally understood that. The customer support was spot on, Autumn was great to work with she kept me updated through emails till the day that the product was delivered. I would absolutely recommend Chemdirect and will use them again in the future.
