I was lucky enough to get Eli when dealing with two fairly complicated projects. No sales pressure, just knowledge and genuine interest in being helpful. I only needed lens covers for a product… I only needed lens covers for a product that was purchased and damaged. If I had used Diode then the lens cover would have cost me significantly less, but you only sell it with the track and offer no considerations for service issues. Every time I called I never got a response (was always told you would look into it and report back (3 times)). I will avoid your company of products in the future as your customer service is awful.
