Horrible return policy I ordered $400 worth of lingerie and then realized they have a NO REFUND policy. I suppose it was my fault bc I didn’t check ahead of time, but I haven’t come across an online company with a policy like this in a very long time, lingerie included. Plus, most outfits fit me perfectly, but only 2 out of the 15 things I purchased fit. I’m not buying anything else from them again bc of the poor fit and outdated/horrible return policy.

I never received my shipment I never received my shipment. Dreamgirls says it was shipped, Fedex says it was delivered it to my address. The problem is that we never got it, and there is no one at that address with the name and initials that signed for it. I opened an investigation with Fedex and all they did was say that it was delivered. The result is that I do not have the item I paid for.
