TERRIBLE Customer Support I'm leaving a 1 star review since SexTorsos.com cannot reply to any of my follow up messages since I purchased my toy off their website. I paid $450 for Sophrina and after I made my purchase, I've gotten no updates on this package. I've been contacting their "LIVE" chat support for 3 days now and I keep getting no answer. I also messaged their telegram along with their WhatsApp and still received no answer. I don't even know if I was scammed or not because it's been 3 days and I am clueless to where my package is at. I do not recommend this place at all unless they toughen up their customer support skills and possibly not steal photos of other dolls and use them to advertise as their own. If I do not get a follow up within 2 days, I will be contacting my bank and filing a dispute against your company.

Soooo amazing I love their torso. The material feels lush and they are true to size. It was worth every cent to get them over to NYC.
