I also messaged their telegram along with their WhatsApp and still received no answer. I don't even know if I was scammed or not because it's been 3 days and I am clueless to where my package is at. I do not recommend this place at all unless they toughen up their customer support skills and possibly not steal photos of other dolls and use them to advertise as their own. If I do not get a follow up within 2 days, I will be contacting my bank and filing a dispute against your company.
