I also messaged their telegram along with their WhatsApp and still received no answer. I don't even know if I was scammed or not because it's been 3 days and I am clueless to where my package is at. I do not recommend this place at all unless they toughen up their customer support skills and possibly not steal photos of other dolls and use them to advertise as their own.
