Excellent Customer Service The incredible customer service response, due to most recent item I received not meet my expectations, was superb. The team has been very helpful and proactive with remedying the situation. I feel their primary concern is my satisfaction with not only the product but their customer service. I will gladly purchase from Apollo Moda again based on this follow up experience.

Impossible return policy and a potential scam Shoes arrived and didn't fit - not even close to my normal size. Despite following their complicated return process and sending multiple photos of the shoes demonstrating their perfect condition, this company rejected my return request twice claiming that the shoes "looked worn." This company's business model is based on a non-existent return policy: once they have your money, they will not work with you to issue a refund or exchange, despite advertising these options. On top of that, the shoes that arrived seemed cheap and shipped from Turkey. These things are cranked out in some sad factory with zero quality control.

I was pleasantly surprised by the… I was pleasantly surprised by the product… The sneakers fit nicely and worked perfectly for the occasion. Delivery was also timely so I was able to wear to the party. Quality of the product was also excellent. I will be purchasing another very soon.

Returning for more… Found Apollo site a few months ago, like it and bought four pairs of them, Kotor and Empoli, and really like them, some folks asked where I got them and I told them about the site. A week ago I bought another pair and I’m just waiting for them. Shoes are very comfortable and their look is modern and pleasant to the eye.
