I needed to return some items and exchange for another. Carmen helped with the transactions and I was able to get the return/refund done and the new order placed and new delivery scheduled in a very short period of time.

GBCute, cozy, a bit noisy … Got the otter slippers for my wife and she loves them. They are warm and the faces are cute. She wears them constantly. One draw back: they are oddly noisy. The bottoms that give them good traction are still making sounds on our hardwood floors after 10 days. We’d kind of hoped they would “break in” and be quieter. On carpets they are perfect
