Wholesale2b Needs To Do Better Mia was very informative on how to resolve my technical issues. So A++++ to her. Now onto the negatives: I've had nothing but issues with wholesale2b. On 4/1/2024 I tried logging into my account and due to three failed attempts it locked my account and stated that I could request a password reset. I did this several times and never received the code or link to reset password. I created a new account so I could at least talk to a representative and was informed that the representative was going to create a ticket for me. It's been over 12hrs since and haven't received any reply's or responses. So I contacted support again and was told I could create a ticket off of the newly created account and so that's what I have done. Come on Wholesale2b you need to get better communication stlyes (i.e Phone Number, Email, an actual Support Team).....
