GBWholesale2b Needs To Do Better Mia was very informative on how to resolve my technical issues. So A++++ to her. Now onto the negatives: I've had nothing but issues with wholesale2b. On 4/1/2024 I tried logging into my account and due to three failed attempts it locked my account and stated that I could request a password reset. I did this several times and never received the code or link to reset password. I created a new account so I could at least talk to a representative and was informed that the representative was going to create a ticket for me. It's been over 12hrs since and haven't received any reply's or responses. So I contacted support again and was told I could create a ticket off of the newly created account and so that's what I have done. Come on Wholesale2b you need to get better communication stlyes (i.e Phone Number, Email, an actual Support Team).....

GBGreat Experience Our company has been working with Ani who has been fantastic at making the partnering process with Wholesale2B very easy. I love that such a large product catalogue is available and appreciate the offerings such as the dropship class. Wholesale2B provides great tools for its customers and the promptness in the response time from support is helpful and reassuring.
