W2B's Team Their customer service team are great, especially Ani, he was very patient with me and helped me fix an issue with linking my store to their platform, they have tutorial videos too which is nice and helpful. I opened a new account with this company and had a few questions. I recently opened a new account with this company. I called customer service during normal business hours. I tried 3 different extension options and did not get a representative. I chose option for customer service, option for account holder and sales. No one picked up until the 4th time I called, and some guy picked up and yelled "stop calling". The amount of money I intend to spend, I am not interested in doing business with a company like this. Very unprofessional!
