AEGood Customer Service So far, my experience is great in terms of customer service. Thanks to Lisa who is very much knowledgeable with my questions. I will update once I started integrating with Amazon and ebay and once they fully done my store. I can only rate now is customer service.

GBGenerated more sales than imagined I've managed to generate more sales than I had imagined. Their support team is quick to address issues if any arise...I found their system pretty intuitive. I've been using Wholesale2B since 4 months and will continue to use it ahead.

GBI opened a new account with this company and had a few questions. I recently opened a new account with this company. I called customer service during normal business hours. I tried 3 different extension options and did not get a representative. I chose option for customer service, option for account holder and sales. No one picked up until the 4th time I called, and some guy picked up and yelled "stop calling". The amount of money I intend to spend, I am not interested in doing business with a company like this. Very unprofessional!

GBNot wholesale pricing at the moment. Shipping fees too high. Their online system works really good from a technological perspective but unfortunately their wholesale vendors are not great. Most of them charge a ridiculous amount for shipping, making the product cost way above retail. For example one company charged 3.89 for cheap headphones which sounds like a great price, but they added $15 for shipping (when such a small item definitely wouldn't cost more than $5 to ship since it would be under 4 oz). Walmart sells similar products for $5, so how are you going to compete with that with ebay fees when your price is nearly $20. Obviously if the price is too high no one is going to buy from you. I think wholesale2b could be great if they started clamping down on excessive shipping charges - perhaps making it against the rules to charge so much on small items.

CAW2B's Team Their customer service team are great, especially Ani, he was very patient with me and helped me fix an issue with linking my store to their platform, they have tutorial videos too which is nice and helpful. I've created several support tickets and they always fixed everything quickly. Looking forward to continue using W2B for my business, highly recommend them.
