GBNot wholesale pricing at the moment. Shipping fees too high. Their online system works really good from a technological perspective but unfortunately their wholesale vendors are not great. Most of them charge a ridiculous amount for shipping, making the product cost way above retail. For example one company charged 3.89 for cheap headphones which sounds like a great price, but they added $15 for shipping (when such a small item definitely wouldn't cost more than $5 to ship since it would be under 4 oz). Walmart sells similar products for $5, so how are you going to compete with that with ebay fees when your price is nearly $20. Obviously if the price is too high no one is going to buy from you. I think wholesale2b could be great if they started clamping down on excessive shipping charges - perhaps making it against the rules to charge so much on small items.

GBCustomer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. I am a new customer and so far everytime I have had a question, customer service has been prompt and courteous. I am very pleased with my experience so far and am looking forward to hopefully working with Wholesale2b for a ling time.
