I have been taking two sleepy bears a night and it has worked wonders consistently. I easily fall asleep with them! Night terrors and waking up in the middle of the night has dissipated massively. I wake up feeling so much better and alive now. Also, I am a huge fan of the Lava Llama edibles. They are reliably dosed every time so no surprise god level edible trips. I take one and go about my day and it really takes the edge off going out in crowded public spaces for me. Sometimes when I'm at home I will take 3 llamas and it's really enjoyable. Strong enough to where it's significant but it's super smooth and euphoric. I personally favor the pineapple express strain. The customer service with these guys has been on point and I honestly love the packaging. If you're someone like me who finds it really hard to relax I highly recommend.
