I ordered three stone sconces for my entryway staircase and one of the stone covers arrived damaged. Miya was super responsive and worked with me and made sure I received an undamaged replacement stone. The crystals need to be attached one by one. It does need a specialty bulb, and they don't emit an excessive amount of light.

Scam Item was not what was pictured, was impossible for us to put together and when we asked for an electrician's help two seperate electricians refused the work as they said the fixture was unsafe to install due to incorrect wiring. The shipping took much longer than expected. Very disappointed.

Good experience with Ava wall sconces Ordered Ava wall sconces -- overall brass quality was great, the alabaster shades were chipped but they acted quickly to replace them. Shades were a little less three-dimensional than I imagined from the photos but still a very nice product, looking forward to installing it.
