Our item didn't match the picture and… Our item didn't match the picture and we had to wait a long time for it to be shipped. Not happy with my experience.

Sketchy Company From all the one star reviews I was very wary before ordering and I’d like to share my research. According to the Vakker Lighting website their business address is 10685 Hazelhurst Dr. Austin TX. When I Google mapped that adress it’s just a sketchy looking warehouse. Further research shows that this property is available for lease (Look at real estate sites like Loop Net) which points to not a real address for this company. I haven’t purchased anything, but this alone should set off alarms for you to not trust this website/company.

Great customer service! We had ordered the mushroom sconces through Vakkerlighting. Although they sadly didn’t work with the design of our apartment after all I was very impressed with their customer service. Miya messaged me back immediately trying to offer solutions and was super helpful. The light was beautiful we were sad we couldn’t keep it but very pleased with how easy Miya made the whole process. Will absolutely be purchasing lights with vakkerlight in the future.

Neat product Neat product, loving it, I purchased it for my family room, but it took a better spot over by dining table. Miya voluntarily credited me back the 10% discount available for first time buyers which I did not avail while placing the order. Much appreciated!!

Miya is great Miya is great . She keeps you in the loop on the progress of your order. She answers all questions extremely fast. The sconces we ordered cam packed and in perfect condition. They are beautiful.
