Delivery information Update: After a very responsive and pleasant email exchange with customer service, I can only change my rating to a full 5 star for this level of service! Original: Unfortunately, there is no confirmation mail when the order has been shipped an it can also not be tracked. Therefore one is left in the dark on the potential delivery date which is very inconvenient indeed. This is the reason for the 3 star rating, if not it would have been a full 5 star.

Superb company I have placed several orders on the international store as the product I require is not available on the UK site. Delivery is always really quick considering the product comes direct from Europe (never longer than 3 working days). I hope things don't get overly complicated post brexsh!t..

Delivery problems I was supposed to receive the products in 7 days, but DHL delayed it by at least 2 weeks. Their excuse was that they were waiting for Dubai Municipality approvals. Approvals usually take 1-2 days. They did not bother to call or tell me the problem (if there was one) when I called several times. Secondly, they charged me for handling of goods when shipping by PharmaNord was supposed to be free. I have documented their charges.
