MZIt’s bit hard to deal with them… It’s bit hard to deal with them actually they supplied some products to me in my Amazon marketplace…my account was deactivated … the reason was that they are not authorized to supply such products… now to reactivate my account I need to show the their supplying chain invoice to prove them that the product the supplied was not counterfeit product…is it difficult to provide me a document that shows the entire supplying chain from the Brand to save my Amazon account??? Wasting time and money …I know there are some privacy policies that they can’t show me some docs … at least help me providing to Amazon team members all the proof of acquisition of the product I bought from them…

GBItem listed on the website has different price and item not available Item listed on the website, when I put it in the cart, I got an email that the price has an error. Next time wanted to order one more item but the inventory was not there. So overall my experience was not upto the mark. Hope BBA will improve the customers service.
