Upon purchase I end up getting a pair from a friend so I try canceling the order so it ask to contact seller by email or message… but nothing has happened from customer service before product been shipped I email and sent numerous messages.. a week pass and they still shipped the shoes I continue sending messages but I end up receiving the package upon opening the box and checking out the shoe.. it was “FAKE!”.. Shoes are authentic Shoes are authentic! This is my 2nd pair from them. My travis scott 6s order was cancelled because they were not authentic... the company emailed me and refunded my money. Still waiting for my sail 4s i will be patient seeing you guys are very honest
