Now I asked for my refund for the shoes; they stop responding and answering the phone completely and now #SOLEFACTORY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. Look great just took way longer Look great just took way longer than expected. Be prepared to wait at least 2-3 months after ordering but other than that I can't complain. Everything is just awesome, as it should!

Too early I haven't received anything yet. There is no tracking number. It just says it has been shipped. No estimated arrival and no more information. After I receive some information or the shoes I can rate you, but until then it's too early to rate or review because I don't have anything.

Don't waste your money or time Don't waste your money or time shoes labeled deadstock and they're reps(good reps) but its still false advertisement and they're other reps going for half the price these guys charge, customer service sucks they take you for a spin around the block just to get a return or they'll just ignore emails all together.. you've been warned stay away

Horrible communication…no follow up. Still no shoes. Shoes were preordered: In January, shoes came out March 4th. Still haven’t received shoes. Poor communication…made multiple attempts to contact via email & phone number on their website as well as Instagram. Just received email that item is shipped without a tracking number unless you sign up with SHOP.
