Took a month to receive shoes. And they changed their name from Izza Footware to Solefactory. DON'T, STOP, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!🚫🚫🚫

GBHighly Unsatisfied Customer I placed order #8897 on January 10, 2023. I’ve been waiting for six months to get these shoes. I received an email on May 23 stating that my order had been shipped. I have not received the merchandise or any correspondence from a shipping company. I have tried to reach out numerous times to this company with no response.

GBStill waiting on shoes after 2 months … Still waiting on shoes after 2 months No word on when I will receive them. Had to send email couple weeks ago to find out where shoes were but did get response that should arrive in less than 10 days. Still no shoes or delivery date ! It was to be Christmas present to grandson he was very disappointed that he didn't get them.

GBToo early I haven't received anything yet. There is no tracking number. It just says it has been shipped. No estimated arrival and no more information. After I receive some information or the shoes I can rate you, but until then it's too early to rate or review because I don't have anything.

GBComplete Scam Complete Scam; I ordered my shoes in December; on the 3rd to be exact. They were taking forever to respond when I steady ask about my purchase. Now I asked for my refund for the shoes; they stop responding and answering the phone completely and now #SOLEFACTORY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. SO THEN I turned around and ORDERED MY SHOES DIRECTLY FROM THEIR VENDOR MYSELF AND GOT THE SAME SHOES $200.00s #CHEAPER THAN WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING. Email me and I will share their VENDOR INFO WITH YOU ALL…
