Highly Unsatisfied Customer I placed order #8897 on January 10, 2023. I’ve been waiting for six months to get these shoes. I received an email on May 23 stating that my order had been shipped. I have not received the merchandise or any correspondence from a shipping company. I have tried to reach out numerous times to this company with no response.

As usual the shoes are on point As usual the shoes are on point pair number 6! Also, I got them for slightly under retail which is almost unheard off! Shipping time so not bad only about 3 weeks total! Thanks Solefactory!

Don’t waste your money on fakes!! Upon purchase I end up getting a pair from a friend so I try canceling the order so it ask to contact seller by email or message… but nothing has happened from customer service before product been shipped I email and sent numerous messages.. a week pass and they still shipped the shoes I continue sending messages but I end up receiving the package upon opening the box and checking out the shoe.. it was “FAKE!”.. I’m telling you it’s straight hell I spend hard earned money for fakes and a heart break and stressful time dealing with

Still waiting on shoes after 2 months … Still waiting on shoes after 2 months No word on when I will receive them. Had to send email couple weeks ago to find out where shoes were but did get response that should arrive in less than 10 days. Still no shoes or delivery date ! It was to be Christmas present to grandson he was very disappointed that he didn't get them.

Myself as a customer Myself as a customer, in my opinion, i love love the authenticity on the shoes especially the Jordan’s. I really look forward to shopping from your business again. The shipping is a little slower than is advertised but I know that’ll improve down the line because you guys are a great business and I look forward to shopping again with that discount as well from my recent order.
