Now I asked for my refund for the shoes; they stop responding and answering the phone completely and now #SOLEFACTORY BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. SO THEN I turned around and ORDERED MY SHOES DIRECTLY FROM THEIR VENDOR MYSELF AND GOT THE SAME SHOES $200.00s #CHEAPER THAN WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING. Horrible communication…no follow up. Still no shoes. Shoes were preordered: In January, shoes came out March 4th. Still haven’t received shoes. Poor communication…made multiple attempts to contact via email & phone number on their website as well as Instagram. Just received email that item is shipped without a tracking number unless you sign up with SHOP.

Don’t waste your money on fakes!! Upon purchase I end up getting a pair from a friend so I try canceling the order so it ask to contact seller by email or message… but nothing has happened from customer service before product been shipped I email and sent numerous messages.. a week pass and they still shipped the shoes I continue sending messages but I end up receiving the package upon opening the box and checking out the shoe.. it was “FAKE!”.. I’m telling you it’s straight hell I spend hard earned money for fakes and a heart break and stressful time dealing with
