GBHorrible communication…no follow up. Still no shoes. Shoes were preordered: In January, shoes came out March 4th. Still haven’t received shoes. Poor communication…made multiple attempts to contact via email & phone number on their website as well as Instagram. Just received email that item is shipped without a tracking number unless you sign up with SHOP.

GBHighly Unsatisfied Customer I placed order #8897 on January 10, 2023. I’ve been waiting for six months to get these shoes. I received an email on May 23 stating that my order had been shipped. I have not received the merchandise or any correspondence from a shipping company. I have tried to reach out numerous times to this company with no response.

Took a month to receive shoes. And they changed their name from Izza Footware to Solefactory. DON'T, STOP, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!🚫🚫🚫

GBAs usual the shoes are on point As usual the shoes are on point pair number 6! Also, I got them for slightly under retail which is almost unheard off! Shipping time so not bad only about 3 weeks total! Thanks Solefactory!

ITLook great just took way longer Look great just took way longer than expected. Be prepared to wait at least 2-3 months after ordering but other than that I can't complain. Everything is just awesome, as it should!
