PURCHASED 2 pair of shoes from the… PURCHASED 2 pair of shoes from the guys. Both are replicas! Be aware! did not answer calls or emails! Horrible business!

Highly Unsatisfied Customer I placed order #8897 on January 10, 2023. I’ve been waiting for six months to get these shoes. I received an email on May 23 stating that my order had been shipped. I have not received the merchandise or any correspondence from a shipping company. I have tried to reach out numerous times to this company with no response.

Horrible communication…no follow up. Still no shoes. Shoes were preordered: In January, shoes came out March 4th. Still haven’t received shoes. Poor communication…made multiple attempts to contact via email & phone number on their website as well as Instagram. Just received email that item is shipped without a tracking number unless you sign up with SHOP.

🚫🚫DON'T SPEND A PENNY🚫🚫 🚫🚫Don't spend a penny with this undependable company just to save a couple of dollars....... NOT WORTH IT!!! Horrible customer service, never returned any emails. Took a month to receive shoes. And they changed their name from Izza Footware to Solefactory. DON'T, STOP, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!🚫🚫🚫

Too early I haven't received anything yet. There is no tracking number. It just says it has been shipped. No estimated arrival and no more information. After I receive some information or the shoes I can rate you, but until then it's too early to rate or review because I don't have anything.
