GBStill waiting on shoes after 2 months … Still waiting on shoes after 2 months No word on when I will receive them. Had to send email couple weeks ago to find out where shoes were but did get response that should arrive in less than 10 days. Still no shoes or delivery date ! It was to be Christmas present to grandson he was very disappointed that he didn't get them.

GBHorrible experience Haven’t received the shoes I ordered yet and it’s been over 2 months, although they should be arriving soon according to tracking. I also don’t trust that they will be real because of all the other reviews saying they’re fake. Customer service is horrendous and they do not respond. Please do not buy from them.

Took a month to receive shoes. And they changed their name from Izza Footware to Solefactory. DON'T, STOP, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!🚫🚫🚫

GBIdk why they’re asking for a review… Idk why they’re asking for a review when I haven’t even got my order. Legit ordered this January 2, haven’t gotten my order. I try contacting them and they are never available or get back to me. Worst experience ever.

GBHorrible communication…no follow up. Still no shoes. Shoes were preordered: In January, shoes came out March 4th. Still haven’t received shoes. Poor communication…made multiple attempts to contact via email & phone number on their website as well as Instagram. Just received email that item is shipped without a tracking number unless you sign up with SHOP.
