I chatted with Derek today and he went above and beyond what most people seem to do, he actually went through the steps to try something for me instead of just explaining to me what I should do. It was very nice of him and I sincerely appreciate it. (When I say "most people" I mean those other companies that put you through the ringer and tell you to re-do what you've already been doing, after you explain its not working) Oh!, and I recommended Levelset to a company friend who just started a business!
