I have been taking these vitamins for… I have been taking these vitamins for just 2 weeks, took about a week to stop getting tired about 2 to 3 o'clock, and now I'm good most every day. These vitamins aren't energy pills, I just feel better and don't get as tired most days. I would recommend these vitamins.

Vitamins effect I suppose if you are keen on professional exercising or just want to stay as healthy as you can, such supplements are must have! Ordered here vitamins to add them to my daily nutrition, and oh, magic! Sleeping got better, I acquired more strength for hard trainings and basically overall well-being got better. Dunno whether its self-hypnosis or not, but I tend to assume that it's the vitamins effect.
