Best wholesaler ever! I love the products from supplied and when items are broken or missing Jehan has always helped me in reporting these minor issues. One of the best communicative and very prompt responses I have ever experienced with a wholesaler. All my supplied products literally fly off my shelves once they are listed and they are not even my main supplier. Always super excited to see new releases and the Supplied Family is the best supportive group a small business owner can ask for. Highly recommend!! Yes shipping takes long and sometimes there are delays, but that is something that is expected for a global wholeseller. Their products are worth the wait though.

Couldn’t be happier with Customer Support I received my first order with supplied, I was missing some items and had one item I was less than happy with the quality. I emailed customer support and quickly got a response from Andrea. She promptly refunded my missing items and asked why I wasn’t happy with the other item, request a picture and refunded that item too.. I am super pleased with the outcome and response time..

Irish in customer support is the Best! Irish in customer support is the best! I have been battling health issues since late August and unable to get through orders timely and had some damaged items in one of the orders and that was no problem at all and she processed the refund for those items right away.
