Great Site for brand new wholesale buyers I ran across this website by a Google search looking for retail items for an Automobile Mechanic shop waiting room. We have a large comfortable area for customers to wait while their cars are being repaired. I have an area where I could set up a shelf to put items for sale (I don't really know what yet. lol) Terry's already has a business license to sell automobile parts, so the tax permit we already have should be fine. I asked in a chat for some ideas, and the person responded immediately and I felt like this site has people that work in it (like a physical store) to point us in the right direction for the products we need. Couldn’t be happier with Customer Support I received my first order with supplied, I was missing some items and had one item I was less than happy with the quality. I emailed customer support and quickly got a response from Andrea. She promptly refunded my missing items and asked why I wasn’t happy with the other item, request a picture and refunded that item too.. I am super pleased with the outcome and response time..
