Great Experience! I purchased the Gildan SF000 Fleece Crew Sweatshirt in the color paragon which is a really pretty mauve color. But, unfortunately it fit too big. I reached out to customer service for an exchange and within 24hrs I had a response from a wonderful lady, Angela Nepper. She went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She offered me a discount code so that I could repurchase the sweatshirt in my size, allowed me to keep the size purchased, and went as far as to also include a link to a shopping cart she created on my behalf with my desired size to make checkout faster for me. I have never purchased from this company before, but employees like Angela make the experience enjoyable. This company also offers affordable prices and great quality. I will continue business with them!

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service. I had a problem with the string on my zippered hoodie. Twice before I had attempted to make contact with customer service via email but never received a response. It was difficult for me to call during normal business hours so it took a while before I was able to reach back out to Wordans. Angela understood my dilemma and she took care of the problem quickly.
