Unfortunately this time the sizing was off, and everything I ordered was way too big, but the return process is painless and so easy. would definitely recommend this company 10 out of 10 every time.

Fantastic customer service I ordered an item for my as a gift which I didn’t give her until an anniversary three weeks later. The item had a faulty zip and due to the time I expected a bit of a battle. No such thing though. I contacted the customer service and after providing photos of support a replacement was offered and dispatched the next day. Our first order but definitely not the last. Fantastic customer service. Love! Love, love, love my clothes that I got from here. The paper bag jeans were a bit baggier than I thought they’d be, but definitely still wearable and can be styled with heels or docs for two totally different looks.
