They can shut down your account without providing any explanation. I worked with 888lots.com for almost two years, placing orders for hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars every month. I followed the customers’ agreement and rules, and didn’t have any payment delays, backcharges or returns. Despite all this, they deactivated my account without any notice or reason. When I asked them, they simply stated “Account has been deactivated for not meeting profitability metrics”. I asked for an explanation but received no response. I even didn’t have access to my orders. They gave 24 hours to download my invoices. Now I'm able to see my orders but can't place any orders because my account is blocked. This is a weird and unprofessional way to treat their customers.
