Not only do they have an inspiring business model, but David was so quick to help to me address a mistake I had made with shipping at my checkout. You can tell this brand goes above and beyond to give their costumers a great personal experience when purchasing their products. I'm very very impressed. Great interaction with seller / Questionable Return Polciy Great interaction with seller; however, their return policy needs to be more clear. There is NO return... it's just an exchange. I bought thinking I could return if it did not fit and I was unable to do so. No problems with item or seller, just a slightly misleading return policy
