Faulty items and non existent customer service Ordered two chug jug bottles. Both leaking from where the kid joins, advised none of the lids sit flush, it's just how it is One nozzle leaks when closed and the other also leaks from the bottom. Attempts to rectify have been ignored - online chat asked me to WhatsApp, then to email and my email was ignored
