GBI received a code with email to get… I received a code with email to get free shipping and the code didn't work so I called. The lady told me it was a 24 hour code and there's nothing they can do. There was no expiration date or anything on the email. Very disappointed. Who gives free shipping for just 24 hours and don't tell you that's the case? Plus they were out of the item I wanted so I had to wait until it was back in stock

GBFat scam and a bait and switch Fat scam and a bait and switch. Ordered because of the low price and shipping was reasonable but when I paid for my order the shipping almost tripled. $21 shipping on a $20 item! Contacted customer service within one minute of ordering but was emailed the next day with a response that the order had already been processed and there was nothing they could do about it! What a bunch of baloney! Stick to Amazon – – reasonable return policy, free shipping typically overnight and a company that believes in customer service unlike foodservice.com. I wouldn’t buy a life preserver from them if I was drowning.
