Absolutely no seller support Absolutely no seller support, no customer service, dont answer ANY emails. And now they have raised their fees to be one of the most expensive marketplaces out there. You are on your own as a seller there, they dont advertise except on their instagram and facebook and yet feel they can charge higher fees than Ebay or Etsy. they are just barely under Posh and at least they handle things for you and have customer service. And traffic, I ised to be ok with the lack of support on this site when the fees were not ridiculous. And now they have asked me to write a review- so here you go an HONEST review. 15%PLUS PayPal fees for just a so so marketplace, no advertising and no support is not competitive. That's more than Ebay and at least they have traffic.

Better than all competitors.. including bulq and bstock! This is hands down the best wholesale site I've used. I check multiple sites for inventory, like liquidation.com, bstocksupply.com and bulq.com. SimpleLots customer service, fast shipping, and price per unit is unbeatable.

No customer service, high fees No customer service, no one replays to the seller's emails, sent to them asking about the taxes and never heard from them. Now they have increased their fees to 20% + paypal fees. This place has slow traffic and few customers. No advertising but posting the item on their Facebook page or sending empty emails. Website was not been modified for years. Why they deserve 20% in fees?
