USGreat Experience Until I Asked to Cancel My experience with Nativemed was fine until I asked to cancel my month to month subscription due to some health problems. The email I received was defensive and unprofessional. I was well aware of the two month minimum. However, in their response, I was told they charged my bank to cover the cost and they would be more than happy to provide our recorded conversation to my bank. I didn't say anything about disputing charges or contacting my bank, but their response tells me they've been deceptive in the past and felt the need to go on the defense. Be careful dealing with these companies.
