Took my money, and won't send the product I own a business and have bought from them several times, and referred a handful of people to them as I love their product...BUT, I placed an order a month ago and they immedietly withdrew my $ and I got no order confirmation or any updates. so I then sent TWO customer requests asking for an update, I got no response either time. I called them yesterday and the gentleman said they have no order from me and basically blew me off and told me to dispute it with my bank. I pulled up my bank statement and read him the amount and that Endurance Solar made the withdrawl... he told me to deal with my bank as they have no order, but they took my $. Not a big deal, I'll just eat the money stolen, but I just wanted to let it be known. Also, I have never, ever given a bad review in my life to any company, and always try to work out any issues, I understand there are problems, but its how a company deals with them that is the key, but this company certainly doesnt see it that way. Put up two of the 90W lights this week… Put up two of the 90W lights this week (didn't get the mounting kit). Easy ordering, arrived on time and well packaged. Very bright, easy to set up. FYI: the motion detection mode leaves the lights on all night at 30%, going to full when activated, which isn't mentioned anywhere. Not a show stopper, but think the batteries could last longer if they went full dark and only lit on motion.

The lights are good but it took over 2… The lights are good but it took over 2 weeks to even get a tracking number . I thought I was scammed, sent 2 emails and got no response so I contacted via chat twice to inquire about order. But apparently the company was in process of moving the warehouse and first chat said it should be a couple more days but after week later nothing so I chatted again and finally 3 days later got confirmation of shipping.

Endurance lights has proven to be a great solar lamp Endurance lights has proven to be a good, reliable, clean energy, wireless product. I 've purchased 6 different solar lamps to keep my home well-lit at night, all night. It is worth the price you pay since the money you will save on electricity is awesome.

Never received my order I ordered one solar light on Jan 4, 2024. I still have not received the light. CC was charge on the order date. Numerous emails back and forth pushing the ship date forward. They are apparently selling a product they do not have. Next step is to work with my CC provider for a refund. UPDATE 2 Days after contacting my CC Bank I received a email stating my order was being prepared for shipping and would be shipped in 2 days. A week later I received a email stating a LABEL was created and waiting for UPS. A couple of days later another email said that UPS was DELAYED. The light arrived on Feb 28, 2024
