GBCounterfeit KN95 masks and… Counterfeit KN95 masks and unprofessional customer service. The KN95s I purchased did not have the GB2626-2019 stamp on them, per KN95 official standards. The masks show this stamp on the product picture, but the masks I received do not have this stamp. When I asked customer service about a refund they told me they didn’t want to “spend time arguing with me” and they refunded me. Unprofessional response and counterfeit masks - this business should be shut down, it is unsafe to sell fake medical supplies.

GBMissing parts- unusable My mask came and was missing one of the vent filters so I couldn't use it right away. I emailed you and did not get a response. So I paid $10 more to order the small vent filters and waiting for their arrival. As far as the mask, it seems like it will be good.

GBReliable, Honest Service I've been ordering masks from this company for me and my family since the beginning of the pandemic. And it's for a reason...they always come through for me. Once, there was a minor slip up that I didn't even notice. But they did, and contacted me right away to rectify the situation as well as the offer of a healthy discount. If not for their vigilance, I would have been none the wiser.
