My package was “shipped and delivered”… My package was “shipped and delivered” to a wrong address. Whole time it never did ship. I don’t know why you guys couldn’t just make it show that it was sold out instead of wasting time, but that definitely questioned my trust in the business. It’s also an integrity thing because showing that something was shipped out when it was never there is questionable.I will say the communication was amazing at first and the offer was great to make up for the trouble. However, it turned into me having to reach out multiple times just to get a reply. I decided the best thing to do was just receive my refund and you guys did that in a timely manner.
