GBI've been using them for years I've been using them for years. With my old insurance, they were cheaper for everything. My new insurance is better but there is still one more expensive medication which I get from them. If your insurance isn't good or don't have any, it's definitely worth a try. Customer service was very nice when I needed something in a rush a couple of months ago.

GBYou have the nicest and most competent… You have the nicest and most competent staff! I had a number of questions about our meds, like when they needed to be renewed, the price, etc. Haley is not only extremely knowledgeable, she is also very patient and kind. All companies should have a "Haley" to help patrons get their questions answered!

GBComplete customer service. I appreciate your complete customer service. I have my meds on reorder, so you automatically begin each reorder at the prearranged times (every 90 days, etc.) You email me that the scheduled date is coming up. You inform me if the prescription has run out, and then you contact my doctor for a renewal. Exactly what I need to ensure everything goes smoothly. Thank you.

GBVery Good at Many Things, but... I have dealt with HealthWarehouse for many years now. Sometimes a problem arose, and they have been quick to fix the situation: e.g. not receiving a prescription on time; not having my PCP renew the prescription. However, being on their automatic re-order list has problems; I can count on a re-order being processed and shipped some weeks or months before I actually run low on the prescription.
