USPleasant experience Overall a very pleasant experience. I bought a Knoll - Life chair at a very good price. Nan (owner) answered all my questions, sent me live pictures, and answered all my questions. I was also able to inspect the chair prior to purchase which gave me a lot of comfort.

USGreat service I ordered 4 - 36" wide 5 drawer filling cabinets for a very good price. They were very easy to communicate with always responding to my texts or emails and they had the products delivered to our office in Manhattan, during the pandemic, on the day we needed them moved. The products were used but in good shape and for the price it was great. I recommend.

USVery poor experience. They bait and switched chairs on me. They delivered a dented file cabinet. They failed to fully install the workstations or deliver all parts. Then they stopped returning calls.
