CANo difference after 1 year, on or off. After 1 year of use husband and myself feel absolutely no difference when taking or not taking. It’s a light brown powder capsule, not the black sticky tar you can buy elsewhere so will look into that. Extra star for their customer service - always top notch (thanks Taylor B)

Especially the team & customer love that's part of this community is easily A++ if you ever have an issue of any sorts don't hesitate to contact as well!!
