Make me feel better I have ordered from you for the first time prior and had no issues with my order. I ordered a second time and you guys advised my package was delivered and I never received it. You explained to allow a few extra days. Sometimes it shows its delivered and it hasn't. I am willing to waiting some more for the package but i also don't want to miss the opportunity to report to my bank if you guys can't assist
