FTD Could have been better. The local florist did a disappointing job on my order. Phillips was very, very helpful in resolving the issue. Tom was very professional and offered several solutions. I guess local FTD florists are hard to monitor, but Phillips is a quality company!

BEAUTIFUL I ordered flowers from the United Kingdom for a friend in the suburbs of Chicago. The flowers arrived well on time. Some online florists bouquets do not look anything like the online photo and often you end up with something substandard, BUT Phillip’s flowers were BEAUTIFUL and you could tell someone had cared when arranging it!
